Health Guarantee
The following conditions apply to the sale of the puppy. The buyer understands and agrees to the conditions.

The buyer accepts responsibility to have the animal checked by a licensed Veterinarian within 48 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Failure to do so voids all warrantees and guarantees. If a life threatening problem, infectious or genetic, which would require extensive or abnormal treatment (not found with a normal healthy pet) is discovered, Jordan's Yorkies will refund the purchase price upon return of the animal along with written confirmation by a Veterinarian. If the Vet diagnoses the condition and the buyer decides to treat the animal, the buyer accepts full responsibility for all fees and cost for the treatments. Furthermore, all refunds and warranties are void and the buyer accepts all responsibilities for Vet Fees. Upon the receipt of the Animal, the buyer is responsible for the proper treatment and care of the animal. Fleas, Ticks, worms, and other parasites are not considered life threatening and are excluded from this guarantee. Any sign of abuse, neglect, or improper treatment violates this agreement. Jordan's Yorkies does not guarantee color, size, or temperament of animals at maturity.
